Come Home, Mao And Annie And Flying Back Home

Scroll down for our last "cruise post" but before you do please send all your thoughts and purrs to Maobert to come back home safely!!!

And send your thoughts to Annie also because she is missing too!!!

The cruise is over and we are on the way back home. Of course we are flying First Class (thank you Sassy) and here we are checking out the plane.

Then we decide to watch the Garfield movie for our inflight entertainment, and of course we have some Dom Niptignon and some fresh Chicken Entree, and there are plenty of gourmet cat food cans for later...

After the champagne and the movie we are tired, so we go to bed for the rest of the flight...
Ruis is already asleep, and I asked the flight attendant to take our picture.

The End.
You will find us at our normal blogs -
Kattenpraat's Catwalk and The Cat Realm
- until the next adventure!!!

Last Day: Tea Party for Miss Peach And Overpopulation In Antarctica...

This is a very very very long post because a LOT happened today so make sure to scroll ALL the way to the end!!!
We have more surprise visitors!!! Sassy and Momo teleported in for Miss Peach's birthday - but before the tea party we showed them around! We saw leopard seals! They look very cute, a bit similar to us cats, but they eat the penguins.....

So we didn't give them any sun glasses....

But Sassy and Momo got some glasses:

And the seals were really envious, hahahahahahahahaa:

And we decided to give you all glasses too because it is very bright here when you go outside! Click on the glasses to make them big and right click and safe and keep them!

Sassy took a picture of Ruis who went back to the penguins to assure them that we didn't give glasses to the seals...

And our friend Brody who lives at McMurdo Station has a very interesting new post about a baby skua! Go over, say hello and check out his blog!!!

Then even more visitors came: Opus and Roscoe from Italy! We gave them sunglasses too.

And now we are having a Tea Party for Miss Peach because it is her 15th birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISS PEACH!!!

Here is the buffet the ship came up with:

We hope everybody will enjoy the tea and cake!

Miss Peach is actually getting a bit out of hand... she loves the cake so much that she is taking the dress off because it got too tight around the waist and then she GETS ON THE TABLE to eat even more cake..... Sassy and Momo are shocked....

Please help yourself to cake and pie and tea
and celebrate with us!!!!

And do come back tomorrow to see the post of
tonights birthday dinner and dance!!!

Happy Birthday Miss Peach

More Of The Ship, Going On Shore And An Invitation

Here is the ship's computer room. We didn't even have to bring the laptop, we can post and visit others with high speed from here!

And then we are checking out the beauty salon! Because tomorrow is our last day and we will have a dance party! Miss Peach doesn't need to check this out because she is already sooo beautiful! She is sitting in the library, having tea.

And there is always the ice!

Today we also went on shore and found the remnants of an Igloo - we are wondering if it might have been this Igloo?

You can purchase the BBQ apron in white in the CCSI store!

Then we all checked out the casino....

And tomorrow we will have a tea party for Miss Peach because it is her 15th Birthday!!!

Enjoying The Cruise And A Surprise Visitor

Today we are resting and just enjoying the trip. Here is Ruis on the deck, watching out over the endless sea:

And there is always more ice:

And more:

And then Miss Peach came!!!!

She had mentioned a couple of days ago that she will pack her blanket and show up - and here she is!!! We went back to the penguins so she could make their acquaintance too. She will celebrate her birthday right here on the cruise ship with a BIG tea party on Thursday!

Later on Miss Peach and Ruis enjoyed the deck chairs and as it got a bit colder I put blankets on them - aren't they cute? You can click on it to see them better!

Penguins!

Today we visited the penguins! Yes, they are birds that do not fly and politically incorrect thoughts ("yummie" "lots of chest meat" "pretty defenseless" etc.) have crossed our minds.
But they are so big and extremely friendly and actually quiet sophisticated so we gave them all a pair of those sunglasses that we brought along instead of thinking about them as dinner...

Then they all wanted CCSI Buttons! Good thing we brought along a whole bag full!

Oh my - there are more coming!!! Now we are not sure if we brought enough glasses and buttons....

CCSI buttons and bag available in the CCSI store!

After this exciting encounter we headed over to McMurdo Station.

And we found a really cool human blogger who talks about Antarctica and lives in McMurdo Station here.
